  • Air going OUT will contract

  • Spend time focusing on each of the 4 areas of the body and make sure you can expand and contract

    • Sides of the Rib Cage

    • Abdomen

    • Low Back

    • Pelvic Floor

  • Practice makes perfect!!

  • Practice “balloon breathing” whenever it crosses your mind, in whatever position you are in. That is how this will become more natural and automatic
